Encore’s single column overhead machine designs allow customers to view the process from the safety of the cleanroom. Dual columns have limited visibility requiring the process to be viewed from inside the booth. Blow-off: Using Encore engineered and designed standard machines and robot mounted assemblies Encore offers an extensive assortment of custom blow off systems for a wide variety of vehicle and product sizes. Blow off systems typically fan driven, electro-statically charged, to remove dirt and foreign particles from the surface of parts prior to painting. There are a variety of options on blow off systems, including: Stationary (fixed) or Machine/Robotic. Machine configurations are of various sizes and complexities, High/low volume, high/low velocity air, Compressed or fan driven air, PC based or PLC based visualization systems, PLC based with PC or Panel view Graphical User Interfaces, Clean Wall or In-booth Design, Vacuum collection and/or booth collection of dirt.
TKS can offer both automated and manual sealer solutions. Turnkey automated solutions include robots, vision systems, vehicle model ID, material supply systems, and applicators in addition to the standard spray booths with downdraft HVAC. TKS offers design, fabrication, and installation of industrial tanks for electro-coat and UF rinses. Our unique lineup includes the iron removal system (Flood Spray), high-performance washing system (Parallel Separator), and counter-flow circulation tank in the degrease process, and high-pressure spray water washing processes. I-LAS (Impact Blast Washer System) is our high-performance water washing system which efficiently remove iron powder from body surfaces with minimal water and pressure. TKS provides superior spray booth environments to achieve a high-quality paint finish with a wet or dry scrubber. We have recently updated our Dry Booth design to reduce maintenance and decrease operating costs via less limestone and less energy usage. Our wet booth scrubbers has been installed over 100 times worldwide.
TKS offers a variety of industrial air pollution control equipment, including VOC concentrators such as the Fluidized Bed Concentrator (FBC). TKS also offers both dry and wet scrubbers for paint booth overspray and particulate emission control. After the wet scrubber, the paint booth exhaust air is sent to a VOC abatement device such as a thermal oxidizer, regenerative oxidizer (RTO), or Rotor concentrator.
